Maßnahmen und Anpassungen in Wahrnehmung der Systemverantwortung
Das 50Hertz-Übertragungsnetz ist die Basis für eine zuverlässige, sichere und effiziente Stromversorgung. Die sichere Versorgung steht im Zentrum unserer Aktivitäten. Sollte die Netzstabilität gefährdet oder gestört sein, ergreifen wir umgehend netz- oder marktbezogene Maßnahmen im Rahmen des Engpassmanagements.
Zu den präventiven oder kurativen Maßnahmen zählen Redispatch und Countertrading, aber auch regelzoneninterne Sicherheitseingriffe zur Anpassung von Stromeinspeisungen.
Lässt sich eine Gefährdung oder Störung durch die vorgenannten Maßnahmen nicht oder nicht rechtzeitig beseitigen, so ist der Netzbetreiber berechtigt und verpflichtet, sämtliche Stromeinspeisungen, Stromtransite und Stromabnahmen den Erfordernissen eines sicheren und zuverlässigen Betriebs anzupassen oder diese Anpassung zu verlangen (§13.2 EnWG in Verbindung mit §11 EEG bzw. nach §13.2 EnWG).
