Annual EEG bill

Report as per §77 para. 1 no. 2 of the EEG by 50Hertz Transmission GmbH (50Hertz)

§77 para. 1 no. 2 of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) requires system operators and utility companies to publish a report on their websites that shows how the data they disclose in their financial statements in accordance with §§ 70 to 74 of the EEG are determined. This report has to be published immediately after 30 September of any given year and has to remain available until the end of the following year. The data and the report should enable an experienced third party to fully understand the energy volumes that were balanced and the remunerations that were paid, without requiring any additional information.

With this report, 50Hertz Transmission GmbH (50Hertz) meets its legal obligation under §77 para. 1 no. 2 of the EEG.
