In order to ensure equal treatment of all market partners on the German and European energy markets and to ensure transparency, traceability and unambiguity in market communication, an international standard is used for the exchange of business data: EDIFACT.
This data format enables automated technical processing of master data and dynamic data and, consequently, uniform and future-oriented market communication. All relevant energy data for balancing and billing can be exchanged between the various market players pursuant the processes defined by the Federal Network Agency.
In accordance with the ‘regulations on transmission channels’ (RezÜ), market communications must be encrypted and signed in order to meet the highest standards of data protection and data security. Below you will find our corresponding safety certificates and communication data sheets.
